Product Introduction
This vehicle has two operating modes: "sweeping" and "washing", equipped with high-pressure cleaning and blowing functions, making it a multifunctional operation vehicle. It can be used for cleaning and sanitation in areas where large street sweepers cannot enter, such as urban auxiliary roads, narrow streets, non-motor vehicle lanes, sidewalks, pedestrian streets, scenic areas, parks, schools, tourist attractions, and residential communities, while also serving as a sweeper, road maintenance vehicle, and blower.

Intelligent Control, Easy Operation
One-button integrated intelligent operating system with strong information processing capability. To start the washing and sweeping machine, simply press one button to turn the operation on and off, making it simple and quick to operate.
In remote control mode, six operating speeds can be selected based on working conditions, and the driving mode can control the driving speed by adjusting the angle of the control handle.
Equipped with an intelligent display screen that shows battery power, motor speed, operating speed, and fault information of the electric control system.
Efficient Operation, Stable Performance
Uses a high-pressure centrifugal fan made of stainless steel, with strong suction capability and high corrosion resistance.
Adopts an electric power-assisted steering mechanism, with a total width of 1130mm and a minimum turning radius of ≤3.5 meters, allowing it to flexibly navigate through park entrances and narrow alleys with isolation stone columns.
Features an efficient air duct system with super strong adsorption capability, achieving a cleaning rate of up to 92%.
The sweeping disc is controlled by a direct drive motor, with adjustable tilt angle swing arms, and the ground pressure of the sweeping disc is automatically adjusted, maintaining constant pressure and featuring obstacle avoidance and automatic reset functions.
The sweeping device adopts a layout of two central sweeping discs and a central triangular suction nozzle, with an automatic anti-collision structure for the sweeping discs, directly driven by a brushless planetary reduction motor. The sweeping mechanism and suction nozzle are linked for synchronized lifting; the sweeping speed can be adjusted according to actual working conditions.
Garbage collection uses a standard 120L plastic garbage bin, combined with a lifting mechanism for easy bin replacement.
Good Passability, Comfortable Driving
The drive motor uses a direct connection to the rear axle, combined with a high-speed ratio rear axle, providing advantages such as high torque, quick response, and high operational efficiency, with a climbing ability of 20%.
Diverse operating modes, can be operated manually or remotely, equipped with a simple folding seat for convenient driving operation.
Optional handheld mobile blower can blow garbage from areas that the vehicle cannot reach onto the road for collection (such as green belts, corners, and other sanitary dead corners).
Equipped with a high-pressure water system for washing and sweeping operations, and can also use an 8-meter high-pressure reel and handheld high-pressure spray gun for cleaning the vehicle body, road surface, and billboards. The sweeping operation is equipped with a dust reduction device to suppress dust generated during operation.
The vehicle is equipped with bidirectional high-pressure corner sprays, which can clean the road surface while washing the garbage onto concentrated sections, and then use the street sweeper for joint operations to clean the road surface.

Key components of the electrical and hydraulic systems are all from reputable brands, such as drive motors, controllers, steering gears, hydraulic components, etc., improving the overall quality of the pure electric washing and sweeping machine.
Uses a BMS battery management system, with temperature, voltage, current, insulation, and other detection protections to ensure the vehicle operates safely and stably; integrates the battery and BMS to reduce wiring fault nodes and enhance overall vehicle reliability.
The vehicle controller has functions such as drive control and energy optimization control. It communicates in real-time with modules such as the power battery BMS, drive motor controller, superstructure motor controller, and intelligent instrument, making comprehensive decisions based on the driver's operational needs and intentions, combined with the real-time status of the power battery, drive motor, and superstructure motor, to meet safety, convenience, and energy-saving driving requirements.
