Ergonomic design, excellent comfort
Between the cab and the bin, there are lifting handrail control levers on both the left and right sides, which conform to the operating habits of the personnel, effectively controlling the working status of various special devices.
Next to the gear shift lever, there is a one-button unloading operation button, which can avoid getting out of the vehicle for unloading.
Equipped with an LED intelligent driving image system, the rearview camera is located at the rear of the vehicle, and the LED display is installed next to the main dashboard. During reverse operation, obstacles behind the vehicle are clearly visible.

The lifting mechanical arm uses a brand with stable lifting performance, safety, reliability, and low working noise.
The storage bin adopts a fully sealed design to prevent wastewater leakage and garbage clumping, while the compression box is easy to clean, leaving no residual garbage or leachate when dumping garbage, keeping the vehicle appearance neat and elegant.
The compression mechanism push plate adopts a "W" double-curved design, making it easier to compress garbage into the loading chamber, and the garbage compressed into the loading box is distributed more evenly, avoiding uneven weight when transporting fully loaded garbage.
High integration, easy operation
Adopting a CAN bus control system technology based on modern and future-oriented design, supplemented by dedicated design software development, with modular embedded programming for various logical actions, integrating electric control and hydraulic control, allowing complex combination logic commands such as compression and unloading to be operated with one button in the cab.
The vehicle is equipped with electrical alarm systems for crane mechanical arm return, bin return, and rear door opening, integrated with the upper operation system. When the alarm system is activated, the unloading and door operation functions are disabled.
The oil circuit for controlling the crane mechanical arm and the oil circuit for compressing the bin are integrated into the main oil circuit, controlled by a single pump, simplifying the oil circuit. This design not only reduces the connection points of the oil circuit, making maintenance easier, but also reduces oil pressure loss and allows for faster heat dissipation.
Centralized transportation, efficient operation
Adopting a garbage collection and transportation mode of "lifting vehicle + underground bin", 3-4 underground bins of 3m³ can be arranged at one collection point, and the garbage truck can make 2-3 trips to fill the bin.
The crane uses a folding mechanical arm, which can be fully folded or fully extended, flexibly lifting garbage bins with a single operation time not exceeding 10 minutes.
The storage bin for garbage has a compression function, and the compression mechanism adopts an innovative "W" structure with crushing function, achieving good compression effect, with a compression ratio of up to 1:2, doubling the storage capacity compared to conventional garbage bins.
