Ergonomics, excellent comfort
Adopts bidirectional compression technology, large compression ratio, push plate simulates the direction of garbage filling (curved surface) design, ensuring that different components of garbage are uniformly compressed by pressure and fill the entire bin without dead corners or gaps, preventing blockage, thus increasing the net loading capacity of garbage.
Uses dynamic control of oil pump speed and anti-backflow device, featuring fast dynamic response, low internal system loss, high working efficiency, and short operation cycle time.
Stable performance, excellent quality
The vehicle has multiple safety protection measures, including emergency stop device, overload secondary overflow valve, explosion-proof protection for the filler lifting oil cylinder, interlock switch, safety support rod, and filler lifting alarm device, ensuring the safety of operators.
The control system adopts "CAN bus + dedicated controller" mode, with engine power output and working state autonomously adjusted, avoiding power loss and system heating, low fuel consumption, good economy, high degree of automation, low failure rate, and good reliability.
High integration, easy operation
Uses silicone panel control box, installed in the cab and rear of the vehicle, with the cab control panel realizing functions such as unloading, operation state indication, fault information display, and operation mode selection. The entire control system features intuitive indication, fast response speed, good stability, and good waterproof performance.
The upper assembly adopts a fully sealed structure, anti-splash, and centralized sewage drainage control design.
Uses a locking hook mechanism to secure the filler, ensuring good sealing performance at the interface between the filler and the garbage bin.
The rear cover of the filler completely covers the filler feeding port, eliminating the phenomenon of garbage dust flying due to airflow disturbance at the rear of the vehicle during transportation, while also reducing odor pollution.
Centralized transportation, efficient operation
The steel plates in direct contact with garbage are made of high-strength weather-resistant steel, with strong corrosion and wear resistance, high service life, especially suitable for corrosive working environments, improving product durability.
The movement of the sliding plate in the slideway is supported by eight sets of high-density polyethylene guiding support blocks, which are more durable than ordinary blocks used by peers, requiring basically no replacement under normal maintenance.
Reinforced design of the push plate, with the slide rail structure being two-sided groove-type tracks, providing high rigidity, good stability, no deformation of the bottom plate, clean unloading of garbage, and reliable operation.
