Environmental Safety
A bidirectional hydraulic lock is installed on the hydraulic oil circuit of the rear door to ensure that the rear door remains closed during transportation.
A labyrinth seal made of integrated double-lip structure is used between the garbage bin and the rear door, with sewage collection boxes set on both sides of the rear of the bin to ensure no leakage of garbage during transportation, preventing secondary pollution.
Using pneumatic control valves, operators can open and close the rear door and tilt the bin from the cab, reducing labor intensity and improving the working environment.
Safety support rods are installed between the bottom of the bin and the sub-frame. When the bin is lifted for maintenance, the safety support rods are raised to prevent personal injury during maintenance.
Exquisite Craftsmanship
The garbage bin adopts a closed box structure, with an upward-opening rear door that can connect to vertical or horizontal compression stations. Each vehicle can load three blocks of compressed garbage.
Hydraulic double-cylinder lifting for unloading is used. When the bin is lifted, the garbage inside is unloaded by its own weight, with a large tilting angle for clean and quick unloading.
The rear door mechanism is designed to be advanced, with nylon limit devices on both sides to prevent swaying when the rear door descends. The rear door is equipped with rubber buffer limit devices to ensure stability and reliability when it opens.

The bin material is made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials, with internal anti-corrosion coatings, providing high strength, strong corrosion resistance, and long service life under the same working conditions.
