Key components of the electrical and pneumatic control systems are all branded, such as: waterway ball valves, pneumatic shut-off valves, and spray pumps, which improve the overall quality of the cleaning vehicle.
The side protection rails are made of aluminum alloy profiles, which are aesthetically pleasing and can be fully recycled, eliminating resource waste and environmental pollution.
The water tank is equipped with a dual low water level alarm device, which immediately triggers an audible and visual alarm when one reaches the alarm condition, protecting the safety of the operating device and preventing damage from misoperation.
Equipped with antifreeze drainage ball valves, with drainage ball valves set at the lowest point of the water-carrying components to prevent damage to the spraying system components due to freezing caused by residual water in the pipes during winter.

The tank body is treated with advanced sandblasting and painting processes, using high-quality, water-resistant paint for corrosion protection, with strong paint adhesion and excellent anti-corrosion performance; paired with overall galvanized pipes to effectively avoid rust during use, increasing product lifespan.
The interior of the tank is equipped with anti-wave plates to reduce the impact of liquid fluctuations on the tank; the manhole cover has ventilation holes to balance the internal pressure with the outside; the tank is equipped with an overflow pipe, which ensures automatic overflow when the water is full, providing a prompt for the operator, and allows the tank to communicate with the atmosphere to avoid negative pressure due to water discharge.

The operation control box is installed in the cab, allowing all functional operations to be performed from within the cab, with the ability to turn on and off various operational function switches at any time during driving, and the control box is equipped with audible and visual warning functions to closely monitor the safety of various operational actions; the entire control system features intuitive indicators, fast response speed, and good stability.
The pneumatic control system uses an integrated pneumatic control valve group box, which has high integration, is simple and beautiful, has good waterproofing, and is convenient for troubleshooting.
