— High efficiency for multi-purpose vehicle
By selecting different configurations, it can achieve various functions such as upper spraying, pesticide application, upper greening irrigation, lower greening irrigation, disinfectant spraying, and curb cleaning, with front washing and rear watering functions, using nozzles with different characteristics at the front and rear; the front nozzle has high washing pressure, capable of washing six lanes at once, while the rear watering is suitable for cooling and dust reduction.
The rear working platform is equipped with a high water spray gun, which has auxiliary fire-fighting functions, and the high water spray gun can be adjusted to a column or mist shape; equipped with a high-pressure cleaning gun, it can be used for cleaning road signs, billboards, and self-cleaning of vehicle bodies.
Stable performance and high quality
The working device adopts electric and gas combined control, which is safe and reliable with a low failure rate.
The switch control valve components are made of rust-resistant materials, and the watering system pipelines are treated with special rust-resistant processes.
It has two independent high and low pressure water systems, driven by a secondary engine for the high-pressure water pump and the chassis engine for the low-pressure water pump; the vehicle's driving speed and the high-pressure water pump speed are controlled separately, allowing for adjustable high-pressure cleaning speed.
The front high-pressure cleaning device consists of three cleaning frames, forming a complete cleaning plane; the extended cleaning device has an obstacle avoidance function, preventing structural damage from collisions with curbs and eliminating dead corners in roadside operations.
Convenient and intelligent operation
The control uses a highly reliable, pollution-free advanced pneumatic system, and all road surface operation functions can be operated from the driver's cabin.
The water tank is equipped with a low water level sensor alarm system, which can automatically alarm when the water level is low, preventing damage to the water pump due to lack of water.
Equipped with an anti-freezing device for pneumatic cleaning pipes, preventing damage to the water spray system components due to freezing caused by residual water in the pipes during winter.
Can integrate GPS positioning management systems, remote data management systems for equipment, and other digital information management systems to achieve digital and refined management of high-pressure cleaning vehicles.
