Components of the environmentally friendly underground collection station
The main components of the underground bucket are made of high-density polyethylene (PE) plastic.

Guiding device:The lifting and returning of the inner bucket are easier to keep concentric with the outer bucket, reducing swaying and collisions during the lifting operation.
Plastic inner bucket of the underground bucket:A container for storing garbage, with the bucket opening turned outward to cover the entire outer bucket, preventing garbage from falling into the outer bucket when it is tipped.
Frame structure:The embedded frame structure in the bucket body bears the force of the bucket body and load, with the plastic bucket body being minimally stressed, effectively protecting the plastic components. The surface of the steel components is treated with plastic coating, blending seamlessly in texture and color with the plastic bucket.
Plastic outer bucket of the underground bucket:Placed within the concrete foundation prefabricated component, protecting the inner bucket while preventing wastewater from the inner bucket from contacting the concrete foundation, avoiding potential secondary pollution.
Concrete foundation prefabricated component:Made using waterproof technology for one-time molded concrete foundation prefabricated components. This serves as the outermost bucket body, reducing site selection requirements. It can adapt to areas with high groundwater levels, reducing the deformation and floating of the underground bucket due to external forces, minimizing corrosion and buoyancy damage, and facilitating the replacement of the inner bucket. The actual construction of the buried bucket is simple, greatly shortening the construction period.
