On July 20, Jinlv Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. held its 2025 first-half work summary and second-half action discussion meeting in Hefei. Themed "Deep Review, Strong Breakthrough, Synergy, and New Breakthrough," the meeting aimed to comprehensively summarize the first-half achievements, thoroughly analyze existing problems and shortcomings, and precisely plan the work ideas and measures for the second half, gathering wisdom and strength for the company's continued high-quality development. The company's board of directors, management, heads of various business units and project companies, and functional departments attended the meeting.
Chief Financial Officer Xuan Yingdong systematically analyzed the company's overall operating situation in the first half of the year, providing solid data support for the key areas and directions of the second half's work with precise data and thorough analysis. Operations Director Zou Guisheng systematically summarized and reviewed the first-half standardized operation results and core strategies, providing a valuable action guide for continuously optimizing costs and improving operational efficiency in the second half.
The meeting focused on key strategic areas and released a series of forward-looking measures: Wang Nengyuan, the person in charge of human resources, promulgated a new marketing compensation system and project company cadre management policy, aiming to build a more incentive-based talent development ecosystem and fully stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of the marketing team and management cadres. Zheng Lei, deputy general manager of Shanghai Xunling Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., focused on introducing the company's development plan for the unmanned driving sector, clearly outlining the blueprint for this key strategic direction and demonstrating the company's firm determination to empower industrial upgrading through technological innovation.
General Manager Wang Yingzhe emphasized when deploying key tasks for the second half of the year that each business unit must target the annual goals and bravely overcome difficulties.
