Sparks fly, reflecting initial aspirations; skills competition forges elite soldiers. On July 18th, the "2025 Xinzhan High-tech Zone Welding Skills Competition," hosted by the Xinzhan High-tech Zone General Trade Union, co-organized by the Qilitang Community General Trade Union, and fully undertaken by Jinlv Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.'s trade union, concluded successfully! The competition, themed "Contributing to the 14th Five-Year Plan, forging ahead on a new journey," aimed to vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, providing a high-level platform for competition and exchange for welding talents in the Xinzhan High-tech Zone. As the organizer, Jinlv Environmental feels deeply honored and, with a high sense of responsibility and professional organizational support, ensured the smooth progress and complete success of the competition!
This competition was open to employees of enterprises whose trade union affiliations are in the Xinzhan High-tech Zone, who work in welding positions and hold welder certificates. It attracted numerous skilled welding professionals to register and participate, vying for the competition's awards. Through two stages—a theoretical knowledge examination and a practical operation assessment—a total of 6 outstanding contestants were ultimately selected for first, second, and third place awards.
Liang Huayou, Deputy Chairman of the Xinzhan High-tech Zone General Trade Union, and Wang Gang, Director of the Comprehensive Office of the Xinzhan High-tech Zone General Trade Union, attended the award ceremony. They extended warm congratulations to all the award-winning contestants and expressed sincere gratitude to Jinlv Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., the organizing unit, Qilitang Community General Trade Union, the co-organizing unit, as well as all the judges and staff for their hard work. The speech fully affirmed the significant achievements of the competition in fostering a social atmosphere that "respects skills and talent," and encouraging a large number of industrial workers to follow the path of "achieving success through skills and serving the country through skills."
