Jinglv Environment carries out the "Summer Cooling" themed Party Day activity, showing care for frontline workers

To thoroughly implement the Party's mass line and truly convey the care of the Party organization and trade union organization for workers, on July 22, the Great Heat solar term, the Party committee and trade union of Jinlv Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. jointly held a "Summer Cooling Delivery, Tribute to City Beauticians" themed Party day and trade union cooling delivery activity with the Party branch of Anhui Provincial Business and Enterprise Cooperation and Exchange Association at the Happiness Station of Changgang Park in Hefei Economic Development Zone. Wang Nengyuan, secretary of the company's Party committee, and Xie Sixiang, chairman of the trade union, led the team to participate in the activity, showing practical concern for the urban environmental protectors who are sticking to their posts in the sweltering heat, and carrying forward the labor spirit of the new era.
At the beginning of the event, Yin Qihong, secretary of the Party branch of Anhui Provincial Business and Enterprise Cooperation and Exchange Association, highly praised the dedication of sanitation workers in "withstanding the scorching sun and fighting the high temperature," emphasizing: "Frontline sanitation workers are the cornerstone of urban civilization. The joint care action of the association and enterprises is a concrete manifestation of fulfilling social responsibilities and gathering positive social energy. We should continue to build a caring platform to allow workers to feel the warmth of society."
Wang Nengyuan, secretary of the Jinlv Environmental Party committee, emphasized: "The vast number of sanitation workers fight high temperatures and scorching heat, guarding the cleanliness and beauty of the city with their hard work and sweat, vividly interpreting the noble character of loving their jobs, being dedicated, and willing to contribute. They are the well-deserved 'city beauticians' and role models for the whole society to learn from. As an environmental service enterprise, Jinlv Environment must always remember its original mission and actively fulfill its social responsibilities. The company's Party committee will continue to play a core leading role, cooperate with trade unions and other organizations, strive to create better working conditions for frontline workers, and effectively protect their health and rights."
Xie Sixiang, chairman of the trade union, said, "The trade union is the 'home' of the employees, and serving employees and protecting their rights and interests are the basic responsibilities of the trade union. We will continue to do a good job in heatstroke prevention and cooling and other labor protection work, build and utilize employee service sites well, and be everyone's strong backing."
At the event site, Secretary Yin Qihong, Secretary Wang Nengyuan, Chairman Xie Sixiang, and representatives of both parties expressed their high respect and deep condolences to more than 30 sanitation worker representatives working on the front line, and personally delivered "cooling packages" containing mineral water, towels, sunscreen, and heatstroke prevention medicines.
This condolence activity not only delivered the organization's care and summer coolness to the sanitation workers fighting the high temperature, but also built a "warm-hearted bridge" of communication between the enterprise and frontline workers. The activity effectively enhanced the friendship of enterprise-society co-construction, fully demonstrated the solid style of grassroots Party organizations serving the overall situation and caring for the masses, effectively created a good social atmosphere of respecting labor, caring for workers, and jointly building a civilized city, and is a concrete practice of Party building leading the gathering of social forces and conveying positive energy.
