"Gathering is a ball of fire, scattering is a sky full of stars" | The 2024 Project Company's Management Training Class has successfully concluded.

To cultivate and develop a competent and efficient team of project operation management personnel, the company launched the "Firefly Program" (Phase 1) for the project company's management team in December 2023. After 6 months of training, the graduation report for the training class was held at the company on June 15, attended by General Manager Wang Yingzhe and the main management team.
The Human Resources Department first conducted a project summary, reviewing the background, goals, process, and effects of this training project, and reflected on the highlights and shortcomings during the entire project operation process. General Wang Nengyuan expressed heartfelt wishes to the trainees, hoping that small sparks would eventually gather into a brilliant galaxy.
The theme of this graduation report was "Using the project as a case, from the perspective of project managers, to propose the shortcomings and countermeasures in actual operations." 25 trainees passionately presented their thoughts and understanding of project operations, as well as their gains and insights during the learning process to the leaders and judges present.
The judges on site provided comprehensive feedback on the trainees' reports and offered guidance suggestions to promote deeper thinking among the trainees. At the same time, the judges also affirmed the talent training project of this training class, stating that this training allows reserve project managers to learn project operation management knowledge quickly and provides a good channel for the company to discover and cultivate potential talents.
At the graduation ceremony, General Wang Yingzhe awarded prizes to outstanding trainees Wang Xiaolong, Jia Wei, He Xiaolei, Zhang Wan, Jin Lixiang, and Xu Lin, and invited the heads of various departments to present graduation certificates to the trainees.
Outstanding trainee representatives Wang Xiaolong and He Xiaolei shared their memories from the learning process, expressed their gratitude to the company, and stated that they would continue to apply the knowledge and skills learned in the training class to their actual work, contributing their strength to the company's development.
Finally, the company expressed expectations and requirements for all trainees, hoping that everyone would apply what they have learned in their future work, dare to challenge themselves, realize personal value and career development, and achieve mutual success in a strong team environment.
