Ganjing New District Smart Sanitation Platform Construction Service Project

Recently, the Ganjing Holdings Group Public Utility Company held a project acceptance meeting for the "Ganjing New District Smart Sanitation Platform Construction Service" at the Rule Lake project department. During the meeting, relevant leaders and experts from Ganjing New District listened to the project report, reviewed relevant materials, and watched a system demonstration. After evaluation, the project was unanimously approved for acceptance.

The successful application of this project showcases many highlights of the new generation of smart sanitation products from Jinwei Technology. In the future, we will continue to root ourselves in the sanitation industry, delve into business scenarios, increase technological research and development, closely adhere to the underlying logic of "reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and improving quality," continuously iterate product functions, and empower the digital and intelligent development of the industry.

Project Overview

Ganjing New District is located in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, and is the second national-level new district in the central region and the 18th in the country. Since its establishment in 2016, Ganjing New District has won multiple national honors, including the National Green Finance Reform and Innovation Pilot Zone and the National Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Demonstration Base.

In March 2023, the "Ganjing New District Smart Sanitation Platform Construction Service" project was publicly tendered in the form of consultation, and Jinwei Technology won the bid. After a series of research, development, and testing, the Ganjing New District Smart Sanitation Platform officially went online for trial operation in August this year.

The platform can conduct real-time supervision of all aspects involving people, vehicles, objects, and events in municipal sanitation management, transforming the past rough management model of "people managing people" into intelligent real-time supervision.

The application of the smart sanitation platform has given "smart wings" to the refined management of public utility municipal sanitation. Through digitalization, intelligence, and visualization, it enables real-time understanding of the frontline operation status and overall situation of municipal sanitation, promoting smarter and more efficient municipal sanitation management.

Next, the public utility company will continue to improve the smart municipal sanitation management system, continuously expand application scenarios, rely on digital economy technology to empower municipal sanitation management, and actively create a "new model" for digital urban management in the new district.

 

Project Features

This project is built according to the concept and solutions of Jinwei Technology's Smart Sanitation Cloud Platform 3.0, highlighting the following features:

 

1. Comprehensive warning and alarm to guide safe and efficient operations

It can monitor the driving behavior of sanitation vehicles in real-time, such as driving speed, braking, and driver violations. Based on set thresholds and rules, it issues alarms to remind drivers to pay attention to safety. Through GPS positioning and planned routes, it analyzes the operational status of vehicles and personnel in real-time, and promptly sends alarm information to management personnel in case of abnormalities.

At the same time, it can remind administrators to maintain vehicles in a timely manner based on maintenance cycles and fault conditions, ensuring the normal operation of vehicles.

The system has various common event warning functions, such as perimeter breach warnings, inspection check-in warnings, maintenance warnings, refueling and water filling warnings, and garbage overflow warnings, as well as alarms for driving behavior violations, event handling alarms, emergency situation alarms, and sudden changes in fuel and water consumption.

 

2. 360° portrait analysis for minimum granularity comparative analysis

By collecting and analyzing multi-dimensional data, it constructs a comprehensive portrait of sanitation vehicles and personnel, including basic information, operational status, driving habits, safety risks, efficiency indicators, and quality evaluations, forming vivid data cards. Administrators can comprehensively understand the characteristics of sanitation vehicles and personnel through 360° portrait analysis. By comparing data at the minimum granularity, it can accurately identify differences in sanitation vehicles and personnel, such as high or low operational efficiency, significant or minor safety risks, and good or poor operational quality, providing targeted improvement measures.

 

3. Digital management cockpit for comprehensive awareness and one-click penetration

Establish a digital management cockpit that comprehensively and in real-time displays the operational status of sanitation projects, such as mechanical operations, manual operations, operational quality, event management, and asset management, allowing management personnel to have a clear overview of the project. At the same time, through the one-click penetration function, management personnel can quickly access detailed pages to view more data and information for in-depth analysis and processing.

 

4. Visual high-sensitivity scheduling with automatic task distribution

Administrators can easily set up work schedules for personnel in a visual manner. The visual page allows for intuitive viewing and adjustment of scheduling details, and adjustments and allocations can be made instantly. Once scheduling is completed, it is automatically distributed to the terminals of the personnel, allowing them to clearly understand their tasks and requirements without the need for manual notification or confirmation.

 

5. Full lifecycle asset management to scientifically guide asset renewal plans

Comprehensively register, inventory, and track assets such as vehicles and equipment in sanitation projects, achieving visualization and intelligence of assets. Through full lifecycle asset management, it provides accurate and comprehensive information to administrators, helping them understand the status of assets.

The system can also analyze and evaluate asset usage, guiding asset renewal plans to avoid excessive use or idleness of assets.
