Jinglv Environment and Energy Conservation Guozhen Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On August 15, Jinlv Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinlv Environment") signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Energy Conservation Guozhen") in Hefei. The signing ceremony was attended by Jinlv Environment's Chairman Yu Xiaoxia, General Manager Wang Yingzhe, and General Manager of Energy Conservation Guozhen He Yanfeng, among others. Vice President of Jinlv Environment Yuan Ying and Deputy General Manager of Energy Conservation Guozhen Xu Benyong signed on behalf of both parties, with senior executives from both groups witnessing the signing ceremony.
At the signing ceremony, Jinlv Environment and Energy Conservation Guozhen first conducted in-depth discussions on the current industry status, development goals, and future planning directions of their respective companies. Both parties agreed that the strong alliance between Jinlv Environment in the sanitation field and Energy Conservation Guozhen in the water governance and environmental protection field would effectively leverage the synergistic effects of sanitation processing and comprehensive water environment governance, positively promoting the integrated construction of ecological environments. They hope to achieve resource complementarity and win-win development through this cooperation.
General Manager He Yanfeng of Energy Conservation Guozhen mentioned that both parties have been deeply cultivating and growing in their respective fields for many years. In this strategic cooperation, Energy Conservation Guozhen will rely on its own advantages, starting from specific projects, guided by policy markets, and will jointly focus with Jinlv Environment on market development in urban and rural sanitation operations, sanitation equipment, water governance, and smart city management.
Chairman Yu Xiaoxia of Jinlv Environment expressed high recognition of the signing of this strategic agreement and stated that there are many common goals between Jinlv Environment and Energy Conservation Guozhen in environmental ecological construction and regional planning development directions. The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement will promote the formation of a consortium in business and resources between the two parties, further broaden the business field, explore diversified cooperation models, integrate their respective resources and technological advantages, and actively promote the implementation of key projects.
