This product utilizes the principles of physical sedimentation and anaerobic fermentation to remove suspended organic matter from manure, achieving harmless treatment of feces. It has the functions of collecting, storing, and pre-treating manure, making it suitable for the collection, storage, and pre-treatment of manure from rural household toilets, urban public toilets, and toilets in scenic areas.
The four-format manure preprocessor is a new type of manure pre-treatment device independently designed, developed, and produced by our company based on the established three-format manure preprocessor, combined with market demand. It adds an additional compartment at the backend of the traditional three-format manure preprocessor, which not only has the functions of collecting, storing, and pre-treating manure but also has the capability to collect, store, and pre-treat kitchen and bathroom wastewater, without affecting the availability of organic fertilizer liquid. It is mainly used for the joint treatment of manure and domestic sewage in rural areas.
The purification tank is a decentralized wastewater deep treatment device independently developed and produced by our company. This product is equipped with a PLC control system and an intelligent water management platform, utilizing the A/O wastewater treatment process to remove pollutants such as COD, ammonia nitrogen, and total phosphorus. It is mainly used for the treatment of decentralized domestic sewage or similar domestic sewage for single or multiple households. It has great application prospects in improving the living environment in rural areas of our country, building ecological villages and towns, protecting and restoring natural landscapes, carrying out courtyard style rectification for farmers, greening and beautifying villages, comprehensive management of rural rivers, and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of leisure agriculture.
The ecological tank is a decentralized collection and treatment device for manure and wastewater, independently designed and developed by our company. It integrates the functions of a manure preprocessor and a purification tank, allowing for the separate collection and joint treatment of toilet manure and domestic wastewater. It is mainly used for the collection, storage, and treatment of manure and wastewater from individual households, making it suitable for rural areas with dispersed residences, small public toilets with low usage frequency, and the treatment of manure and wastewater from households in mountainous regions. It can also solve the problem of site selection for purification tanks shared by 2-3 households.
The integrated SBR process wastewater treatment device is a small-scale centralized wastewater treatment system independently designed, developed, and produced by our company. This product utilizes the SBR treatment process, combining the processes of equalization, primary sedimentation, biological degradation, and secondary sedimentation within the SBR reaction tank, thereby reducing equipment size and achieving miniaturization of the device. It is equipped with a PLC control system and a smart water management platform for real-time monitoring of operational status and adjustment of operating parameters, enabling intelligent operation of the device. It is mainly suitable for the end treatment of wastewater in densely populated villages or medium-sized toilets.
The integrated A/O process wastewater treatment device is a new type of centralized wastewater treatment device independently designed, developed, and produced by our company. This product uses the A/O activated sludge method as the core treatment process, supplemented by physical and chemical methods such as grille interception, secondary sedimentation tank clarification, coagulation and sedimentation in the coagulation tank, sand filtration, and disinfection with disinfectants. The removal rate of major pollutants in wastewater can reach 90%. It is mainly suitable for areas with high residential density, frequently used large public toilets, and wastewater end treatment in scenic area public toilets.
