Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for cleaning and sanitation, garbage transportation management, cost control, quality and safety in the project area;
2. Responsible for leading and inspecting emergency incidents in the project area.
3. Coordinate various resources in the project area, responsible for communication and coordination with the owner, project company, and the area in charge.
4. Responsible for internal team management and development in the project area, including personnel training and performance evaluation.
5. Other tasks assigned by the project company leadership.
Job Requirements:
1,Under 40 years old, with a college degree or above;
2. More than 5 years of experience in sanitation project management or more than 8 years of middle and senior management experience in enterprises;
3. Possess good project management, organizational, communication, and business negotiation skills;
4,Have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to lead the team to complete project tasks together;
