Director Wang Yingzhe conducted a comprehensive review of the company’s performance in 2025. Over the past year, the industry entered a new phase characterized by intense competition for existing market share. All employees of Jinglü committed themselves to the “nailing-down” spirit, rising to challenges head-on, steadily improving operational quality, achieving remarkable results in receivables collection, and maintaining strong growth in new contract value. Innovation-driven initiatives yielded abundant results: the company successively won prestigious awards in international competitions, earned nationally recognized authoritative designations, and made new breakthroughs in technological innovation and the commercialization of research outcomes, thereby establishing a solid foundation for the company’s long-term development. This review goes beyond mere achievements; it underscores a clear-eyed recognition of the challenges ahead, enabling us to build momentum for the next stage of our journey.
2026 Strategic Blueprint: Anchoring New Goals and Driving Synergistic Momentum Across Multiple Business Segments
Looking ahead to the 2026 development plan, General Manager Chen Ying clearly outlined the company’s core business objectives for this year: deepening synergy across five key business segments—sanitation operations, intelligent equipment, management platforms, advanced robotics, and other areas of exploration—and leveraging three major growth engines—equipment innovation, digital empowerment, and organizational transformation—to drive high-quality development. The company is firmly committed to advancing toward its strategic vision of becoming a “specialist in comprehensive urban–rural environmental space governance” and a “leader in the intelligent transformation of the environmental industry.”
In-Depth Discussion on Corporate Culture: Strengthening the Cultural Foundation to Drive Strategic Development
Executive Chairman Wang Chuanhua delivered a presentation titled “Strengthening Our Cultural Foundation to Drive Strategic Development.” He emphasized that the successful implementation of strategy is inseparable from cultural support, and that corporate culture is the soul of the enterprise—a spiritual force that inspires all employees to move forward continuously. Through this session, participants gained a deeper understanding of and stronger commitment to the company’s core values of “integrity, responsibility, pragmatism, focus, and innovation,” while also underscoring the incentive orientation of “putting contributors first”—true contributors are those who create value for the enterprise, and resources must be prioritized for them.
