Gathering Women's Strength to Forge a New Chapter of High-Quality Development — Hefei Xinzhan High-tech Zone Women Entrepreneurs Association Holds 2025 Enlarged Meeting of Directors

　　In the height of summer, all things flourish. On the morning of June 28th, coinciding with the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the 2025 Enlarged Council Member Meeting of the Hefei Xinzhan High-tech Zone Women Entrepreneurs Association was held at Jinlv Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. The meeting focused on the theme of "Party Building Leading Development," systematically summarizing the association's achievements in the first half of the year, scientifically planning the development path for the next stage, and uniting and mobilizing women entrepreneurs throughout the district to contribute their wisdom and strength to the high-quality development of the Xinzhan High-tech Zone. Ge Xiaoyan, chairwoman of the District Women's Federation, and Yu Xiaojuan, president of the association, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. 　　The first phase of the meeting was a president's office meeting, focusing on the institutionalization and standardization of the association. The secretariat gave a comprehensive report on the work carried out in the first half of 2025, covering multiple areas such as enterprise services, policy coordination, and public welfare activities. The meeting focused on deliberating and adopting "Explanation on the Amendment of Article 22 of the Articles of Association of the Hefei Xinzhan High-tech Zone Women Entrepreneurs Association Regarding Membership Fee Payment Standards," "Notice on Newly Added Vice Presidents, Newly Added Council Members and Withdrawn Council Member Units, Newly Added Supervisors and Newly Added Vice Secretaries-General," and "Plan for Recruiting Members of the Women's Publicity Team," injecting new impetus into the efficient operation of the association. Of particular importance, the meeting officially launched the preparatory work for the establishment of the association's functional party branch, promoting the deep integration of party building work and association development, and empowering enterprise growth with a red engine.

　　In the enlarged council member meeting phase, Dou Gaoping, secretary-general of the District Women Entrepreneurs Association, delivered the "2025 First Half-Year Work Report," reporting on the progress of recent key work and personnel changes, etc. Vice President Liu Xiaolan delivered the "Financial Income and Expenditure Report." 　　In her speech, Yu Xiaojuan, president of the District Women Entrepreneurs Association, emphasized that women entrepreneurs should bravely take on "three roles"—leaders in innovative development, builders of a harmonious society, and inheritors of women's spirit. The association will build a higher platform to help member enterprises seize policy opportunities and overcome development challenges. 　　Ge Xiaoyan, chairwoman of the District Women's Federation, highly affirmed the association's work and stated that she will continue to care for and support the work of the Women Entrepreneurs Association, strengthen policy publicity and interpretation, strengthen training and guidance, optimize the service environment, and actively build platforms and provide services for women entrepreneurs to help enterprises achieve high-quality development. 　　Currently, we are facing a complex and changing economic situation. How can women entrepreneurs seize opportunities and achieve high-quality development amidst challenges? How can women's leadership better inspire team potential? While pursuing economic benefits, how can enterprises better fulfill their social responsibilities and demonstrate women's dedication? Combining the "July 1st" theme, the meeting specially invited Liang Huayou, member of the Party Committee and vice chairman of the Trade Union of Xinzhan High-tech Zone enterprises, to give a special party lesson sharing session. Liang Huayou focused on "Learning, Propagating, and Implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Speech on Inspecting Anhui and the Spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China," focusing on hot topics such as "Economic Situation and High-Quality Development of Enterprises," "Improving Women's Leadership in the New Era," and "Corporate Social Responsibility and Women's Dedication," guiding women entrepreneurs to perceive macro trends, improve strategic thinking, and practice social responsibility, bringing an intellectual feast to the attendees.
