Today, the Jinglv Environmental Equipment Division held a unique seminar for recent graduates, featuring "one-on-one" mentor-mentee work reports and highlight comments, sharing their journey, challenges, and growth over the past six months. Jinglv Environmental promotes a one-on-one mentor-mentee training model to plan career paths for recent graduates. The mentors selflessly share their knowledge and experience, guiding their mentees into the workshop, facilitating a close integration of learning and practice, and helping them quickly understand their job functions. During the meeting, the recent graduates sincerely expressed their work-related confusions, while the mentors patiently answered each question, expressing high hopes for these young successors.
