Jinglv Environment 2024 Annual "Quality Safety Month" Launch Meeting and General Manager's "Safety" Activity

June 2024 marks the 23rd National Safety Production Month. In order to deeply implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on safety production, further establish the concept of safe development, cultivate a quality safety culture among all employees, comprehensively tighten and enforce safety production responsibilities, and ensure the achievement of the company's annual quality safety management goals, Jinlv Environment held a launch meeting for the Quality Safety Month and a "Safety" speech by the General Manager on May 30. The theme was "Everyone Talks About Quality and Safety, Everyone Participates, Everyone Can Respond to Emergencies - Smooth Life Channels." Over 200 participants, including the General Manager of Jinlv Environment, members of the Safety Committee, department heads, management from various business units, and subsidiaries, attended the launch ceremony in a combination of online and offline formats.
At the meeting, the head of the Quality Safety and Environmental Protection Department read the "Jinlv Environment Quality Safety Month Activity Plan" and briefly arranged the activities for this Quality Safety Month, including "Safety Production Discussion," "I Contribute a Strategy for Quality Safety," "Safety Interaction and Speech Competition," and "Emergency Drills."
During the meeting, Jinlv Environment's General Manager Wang Yingzhe delivered an important speech. He emphasized that quality safety work must be persistent and that this event should be an opportunity to continue promoting quality safety work at Jinlv Environment. He also required all employees to fully recognize the significant importance of the Quality Safety Month activities, actively participate, and gradually form an atmosphere where "everyone cares about safety and everyone participates in safety," thereby enhancing the safety awareness of all employees and continuously improving their ability to prevent and respond to emergencies, effectively ensuring the personal and property safety of the company and its employees.
After the meeting, General Manager Wang Yingzhe led a discussion on safety with the theme "Fulfill Responsibilities and Implement Accountability." He required:
Each unit's "first responsible person" must focus on their position, fulfill their responsibilities, implement accountability, ensure safety, and enhance their own safety leadership and execution capabilities. They must also strengthen control measures, solidly implement safety work, and be sincere in their efforts.They should not just go through the motions but strictly implement the Safety Production Law, improve the safety organizational system and accountability system, start from the front line, and tighten the responsibility chain focused on "eliminating hidden dangers of accidents fundamentally." All safety work should be treated as a routine task. They should actively organize to watch the warning education film "Safety Production, Responsibility on Shoulders," accident warning education films, and typical case analysis films, conduct in-depth analysis, learn from examples, clarify control directions, and achieve "small management for big prevention," effectively preventing issues before they arise. Finally, they should apply what they learn, integrate knowledge and action, and let safety production become part of every employee's essence, effectively enhancing the safety awareness of all employees and solidifying the foundation for a stable safety production situation in the company.
