On November 22, Jinlv Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinlv Environment") signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Anhui Hefei Passenger Transport Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hefei Passenger Transport") at the headquarters of Jinlv Environment. The signing ceremony was attended by Jinlv Environment's Chairman Yu Xiaoxia, Hefei Passenger Transport's Chairman Han Bing, and the management teams of both parties.
At the signing ceremony, Jinlv Environment and Hefei Passenger Transport first conducted in-depth discussions on the current industry status, operational development goals, and future planning directions of their respective companies. The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement established a deep cooperative relationship between the two parties in the Anhui market, reaching a consensus on strategic cooperation in market promotion, service assurance, and mutual benefit. Both parties will vigorously develop urban and rural sanitation services under the guidance of national policies such as the rural revitalization strategy and promoting urban-rural integration, providing comprehensive solutions for urban and rural environmental governance.
Chairman Yu Xiaoxia of Jinlv Environment stated that Jinlv Environment is a modern sanitation enterprise with over 20 years of experience in urban and rural sanitation operation services, sanitation equipment manufacturing, and smart sanitation. It is also a listed company on the main board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Hefei Passenger Transport is a comprehensive state-owned enterprise engaged in passenger transport, new energy vehicle sales, and environmental operation services, and is a strong player in the sanitation industry with a broad market foundation and resources in Anhui. The collaboration between these two strong players will undoubtedly benefit both parties in synergizing and advancing in the sanitation industry.
Chairman Han Bing of Hefei Passenger Transport expressed high recognition of the signing of this strategic agreement. He stated that both parties should take quality improvement and efficiency enhancement as their common goals and fundamental purpose, promoting the formation of a consortium in resources and business, and pushing the development of enterprises towards diversification. He also hopes to establish mutual trust and win-win cooperation in the collaboration, fully leveraging each other's advantages, and actively promoting the implementation of key projects.
