On September 27, Jinlv Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinlv Environmental") signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiangqi Group") in Hefei. The chairman of Jinlv Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Yu Xiaoxia, Jiangqi Group's general manager, Li Ming, and senior executives from both group companies attended the signing ceremony. Cheng Zhengge, secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Hefei Economic and Information Technology Bureau, Zhang Chuanchao, director of the Industrial Investment and Technology Transformation Department of the Hefei Economic and Information Technology Bureau, and Wang Bin, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of the New Station High-tech Industrial Development Zone, witnessed the signing.
The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement establishes deeper cooperation between the two parties in the fields of new energy and intelligent sanitation vehicles, breaking traditional cooperation models from operational vehicles such as sprinklers and sweepers to transportation equipment such as garbage collection and transfer, integrating user scenario research with R&D, production, and sales to create integrated products that provide high-quality and efficient solutions for users.
Yu Xiaoxia, chairman of Jinlv Environmental, stated: "Jinlv Environmental and Jiangqi Group will accelerate the promotion of comprehensive strategic cooperation in product R&D, market promotion, service assurance, and mutual benefit. Li Ming, general manager of Jiangqi Group, is confident about this cooperation. At the signing ceremony, Wang Chuanhua, deputy general manager of Jinlv Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., and Wang Shousheng, deputy general manager of Jiangqi Group Co., Ltd. Heavy Vehicle Company, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. According to the agreement, both parties will cooperate in the fields of R&D, market promotion, and service assurance for sanitation vehicle products, promoting mutual benefit and achieving common development.
