The project is located in Xiaogang Town, Dongxiang County, Fuzhou City. To the east is the Yuanshangang Industrial Park, and there is a main urban road, Donglin Highway, passing through, making transportation convenient. The project is about 10 kilometers from Fuzhou East Station and about 7 kilometers from Dongxiang District, with a total land area of 21,527.2 square meters (approximately 32.27 acres).
In March 2018, the construction of Jiangxi Province's first intelligent sanitation management center, which integrates a digital command center for sanitation, a comprehensive management center for sanitation and vehicles, a recycling center for renewable resources, a living waste compression and transfer center, and a maintenance, cleaning, and parking center for sanitation vehicles, began with an investment of approximately 70 million yuan. The project was undertaken by Jinlv Environment and was delivered for operation in March 2019.
